Australian-Shepherd-Lovers.com - All About Your Favorite Breed. Information and resources featuring sections on Australian Shepherd history, health, genetics, temperament, training and agility with directories of rescue organizatons and breeders.
We raise Australian Shepherds because of their versatility, intelligence and super dispositions.
We strive to acquire and produce quality and versatile Aussie that are free from defects and
disease. Our dogs are all bred on the combination of working and conformation lines with
emphasis on producing a quality family dog with outstanding temperament, conformation, and
movement. We raise mentally and physically sound dogs who are easily trainable and are
wonderful competitors and companions. We consider our dogs to be not only our friends but an
important part of our family. We do not keep them in kennels. We engage them in play and
exercise daily. We make sure each and everyone has a job that is suitable for its temperament
and ability to ensure happiness and mental balance.  All of our Aussies are double registered
ASCA and AKC. They are tested for MDR-1, Genetic Cateract Gene, Pelger-Huet Anomal, OFA
Good or Excellent and CERF screened annually. If you are new to the breed, I invite you to come
visit us and get to know these wonderful dogs.
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back in the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you're not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
